WISH YOU UNDERSTOOD ALL
THE DETAILS OF BUYING A HOUSE?
If you’re about to buy a home, you probably know just enough about how things work to feel anxious, if not terrified. After all, it’s a legally complex process and a lot of things have the potential of going wrong. Considering what’s at stake—your money, your home, your peace of mind— consulting a REALTOR® early in the process is one of the smartest things you can do for yourself and your family. Reading this brochure, of course, is another one. Whether you’re a first-time home buyer or you’ve owned your home for years and are ready for a change, you want the same thing: to get through this complicated, confusing process with your best interests and some degree of sanity intact. Fortunately, both of these goals are attainable when you have a little help.
WE’RE HERE TO HELP
Educate is what we love to do because an educated client is usually a happy client. We know you’ll have questions along the way because you don’t do this every day. We do. Southern Exposure Realtors was formed in 2003 when brokers Sheri Mitchell and Karen Dwyer decided to leave the large brokerage they were affiliated with and strike out on their own. With over 30 years of combined experience, we’ve seen it all and know how to steer a course through the obstacles that can get thrown on the path. We also have a policy of backing each other and our agents up – so that you are protected and taken care of if your agent is unavailable for any reason. Our clients appreciate this level of service, and we’re confident that you will too.
